This is the realistic way to do 100 plus push ups for building strength endurance. Take breaks when needed. The clip is me actually doing 100 reps with breaks, even though it’s mixed.
H O W TO U S E:
Try this with me before you do your cardio. This can be done leaning onto a wall while standing, or counter top. Or can be done on the edge of bed. You can then go to your knees and finally progress to this style of push up shown in clip. Do what feels best for you. Constantly challenge yourself.

@oozay1 remove the starchy carbs, increase your fibrous carbs! Increase protein intake…maybe a shake/smoothie… the fibrous carbs are tons of fruits and veggies…you need to do like 2 separate sessions a day your cardio…use my Weekly Cardio Clips…if you eat like the Lesson 3 and Lesson 4 clips and do the exercise, you will be fine…get on it!~ahmad

@07dodgecaliber Yeah there is…in the video I have as a footnote to use the wall for your pushup…stand a few feet back and place both hands out in front of you at shoulder height…then keeping you back and butt flat(everything straight from the neck to your heels) lean towards the wall like a push up…ok?~ahmad
